Why did my deployed tool not display correctly?
Nine times out of ten the embed snippet was pasted into a plain-text block instead of an HTML block, or your page builder stripped the script. Re-paste the snippet into a custom HTML block, then clear your site cache.
Check the block type first. In WordPress the snippet belongs in a Custom HTML block; in other builders, the equivalent embed or code element. A text or paragraph block escapes the markup and shows fragments instead of the tool.
Confirm the snippet is complete. It must be pasted whole, from the opening tag to the closing one; a truncated copy renders nothing.
Check whether your builder strips scripts. Some page builders and security plugins remove script tags on save. Re-open the page after saving: if the snippet is gone or altered, use a Custom HTML block or ask your builder to allow the embed.
Purge caches. A caching plugin or CDN can keep serving the page from before the tool existed. Clear the page cache and reload in a private window.
Check the container. A tool inside a very narrow column or a fixed-height wrapper can clip; give it a full-width section and it will size itself.
If the tool renders but looks unstyled, the usual cause is an aggressive theme rule overriding the embed styles; moving the snippet into a plain section of the page resolves it.
Still broken after all five checks? Contact support with the page URL and a screenshot, and mention which builder and caching setup you use. Related: My deployed content isn’t showing on my site.
