Can I manage multiple brands?
Each Citably subscription tracks one brand today. Scale includes 3 seats so teammates share the same dashboard, and a multi-brand Agency plan with white-label is coming.
The honest current state: a subscription is built around a single brand profile, one URL, one prompt set, one competitor list, one trend line. That focus is what keeps the data clean, and it means a second brand needs its own subscription today.
Seats are not brands. Scale’s 3 seats let three people work in the same dashboard on the same brand, a marketing lead, a product owner, a compliance reviewer, but they do not add a second tracked brand. Signal includes 1 seat. If your team shares one brand, seats are all you need; if you run several brands, read on.
Firms running several brands today use one subscription per brand, which keeps each brand’s baseline, receipts, and citation states cleanly separated. It works, and plenty of multi-brand operators do exactly this, but the intended home for that workflow is the Agency tier: multi-brand workspaces, 5 or more seats and brands, and full white-label so clients log into your brand rather than Citably’s. It is in development, marked coming soon on the pricing page.
