1. Agreement
These Terms of Service are an agreement between you and Vyda Labs LTD, the company that operates Citably. By creating an account or using the service, you accept these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
2. The service
Citably is an AI visibility tool for regulated and institutional firms. It scans how AI engines answer buying questions in your category, tracks where you and your competitors are cited, and lets you deploy content that closes the gap, all from one dashboard.
3. Accounts
You must give accurate account information and keep it up to date. You are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Each account is for one person, and you must be at least 18 years old to use Citably.
4. Plans, tokens, and billing
Paid plans bill monthly or yearly through Stripe. Your monthly token allocation resets at each renewal. Tokens bought as top-ups carry over and stay in your wallet while your subscription is active.
Cancelling stops future billing and freezes your remaining tokens at the end of the paid period. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these terms.
Early-user promotional pricing applies for the duration stated at signup, then reverts to standard pricing. We may change prices, and we will give notice before a change takes effect.
5. Acceptable use
You may only scan brands and websites that you own or are authorised to represent. You must not abuse the service, reverse engineer it, scrape it with automated tools, or use it to deploy unlawful content.
6. User content and deployments
You own your brand data and the content you deploy. You grant us the licence we need to operate the service and carry out the actions you request. Deployments happen on your instruction and are your responsibility.
7. Third-party services
AI engine results are produced by third parties. Citably measures and reports them, but does not control them. Scan results are point-in-time observations, not guarantees of how any engine will behave in future.
8. Intellectual property
The Citably and Vyda Labs names, logos, and software remain our property. These terms do not give you any right to use our marks without our written permission.
9. Disclaimers
The service is provided as is. We do not guarantee any specific visibility outcome, citation, or ranking. AI engines change, and results will vary.
10. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to the service is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months before the claim. This cap does not apply to liability that cannot be limited by law, such as death or personal injury caused by negligence, or fraud.
11. Termination
You may stop using the service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or use the service unlawfully. On termination your access ends, unused monthly tokens expire, and top-up tokens are handled as set out in the Refund Policy and these terms.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.
