I can’t log in to my account
Use Forgot password on the login page to reset by email first. If the reset email never arrives, check spam and confirm you are using the email you signed up with, then contact support from the login page.
Click Forgot password on the login page and enter your email. Follow the reset link from the message; links are time-limited, so use it promptly.
No email within a few minutes? Check spam and promotions folders, and if your company filters mail, the quarantine too.
Confirm the address. The reset only goes to an address with an account; if you signed up with a different email, a work address versus a personal one being the classic mix-up, the reset silently goes nowhere. Try the alternatives you might have used.
Rule out browser friction: try a private window or another browser. Stale cookies and aggressive extensions occasionally eat login sessions.
Still locked out? Contact support from the login page with the email you believe is on the account, and they will verify ownership and restore access.
Two notes for edge cases. Repeated failed attempts can rate-limit logins briefly as a security measure; ten minutes of patience clears it. And if you deleted your account previously, the login is genuinely gone, since deletion is permanent; a fresh signup starts a new account rather than restoring the old one.
Once you are back in, your dashboard is exactly as you left it: subscriptions, balances, and history are never affected by login trouble itself.
