How do I buy more tokens?
Open Settings, choose Billing, and pick a top-up pack of 1,000, 2,500, or 6,000 tokens. Current pack pricing is on the Pricing page. Top-up tokens go into your carry-over bucket and stay yours month to month.
Open Settings, then Billing.
Find Top-up packs and choose a size: 1,000, 2,500, or 6,000 tokens.
Confirm the purchase with your payment method on file.
The tokens land in your top-up bucket immediately and your header balance updates.
Top-ups exist for the months that do not fit your allowance: a site relaunch that needs six interactive tools, a burst of articles before a season, an aggressive push against a competitor. Rather than upgrading tiers for one heavy month, you buy the tokens the month needs.
Two properties make top-ups low-risk. They carry over: unlike the plan bucket, which refills on schedule, top-up tokens roll forward while your plan is active, and spending draws plan tokens first, so your purchased reserve is spent last. And per token, larger packs cost less, so if you top up regularly, the bigger pack is the better buy; past a pack a month, compare against upgrading to Scale instead.
Top-ups require an active plan, since tokens can only be spent alongside one. If a purchase ever fails to appear, the balance troubleshooting article has the checklist.
Packs are one-time purchases, never subscriptions: buying one does not change your monthly bill, and nothing repurchases automatically unless you buy again yourself.
